The Charcuterie Sport Mix is a six-tray-pack with three different types of cold cuts, perfect for all tastes. A mix of finely sliced charcuterie ready to taste when you are craving a snack, to prepare a delicious sandwich or to add to a salad or to a pasta dish.

A selection of three types of cured charcuterie made withItalian meats, processed according to tradition with spices and flavourings chosen according to the typical recipe of each product.

The pack contains six practical trays of sliced meats packaged in a protective atmosphere. We use a technology in the packaging of our sliced meats that guarantees that the product remains intact and fresh, maintaining all its organoleptic qualities.

PUNTA D'ANCA BRESAOLA

Bresaola Punta d'Anca is a charcuterie product of Italian gastronomy famous for being one of the leanest and most protein-rich.

It is made, in fact, from the most valuable part of the beef, the Punta d'Anca. After selecting the best cuts, these are dry salted with salt, pepper and other spices and then cured for up to 8 weeks. Being a low-fat but high in protein and nutrients, Bresaola Punta d'Anca is excellent for those practising sports or following low-fat, low-calorie diets.

HIGH QUALITY STEAMED HAM

High Quality Cooked Ham is produced from Italian pork meat massaged with natural flavourings and steamed for many hours, essential steps to make its slices soft and tasty.
