The profound knowledge of food combined with the passion, enthusiasm and the desire to do something more: help the high-quality products of traditional Italian charcuterie to be known not just in Italy but globally, allowing the flavours of our country to surprise new pallets. Salumi Pasini recounts an all-Italian story in its every creation. Each step that leads to the final creation of our cold cuts traces the actions performed, without ever rushing, from those who have preceded us and who were able to teach us the best techniques of the past.
