Campagnolo salami with cutting board

A kit like this could not but include Campagnolo Salami: one of the essentials among aged salami that never goes out of style. This product is made with 100% Italian pork processed with salt, pepper, spices and selected aromas. Campagnolo Salami is slowly seasoned so that it can fully acquire its typical aroma and flavour. In fact, Campagnolo Salami has a fragrant perfume with typical spicy hints. The flavour is savoury, intense and aromatic. Campagnolo Salami is perfect for preparing an aperitif or eaten between two slices of bread as the traditional Italian children's snack. The "L’è on gran Milan" aperitif kit includes a branded cutting board that makes it the perfect gift, ready to serve as an aperitif.

Baked Hard Ricotta cheese

Baked Hard Ricotta is a typical product from Southern Italy, especially from Sicily. It is a hard-paste diary product, initially created to increase the shelf life of classic ricotta. However, its firmer texture and more intense flavour obtained through the processing carried out make it very different from the latter. The sweet flavour of fresh ricotta combines perfectly with the savoury hints given by the salting procedure.

Taralli with Extra Virgin Olive Oil by Terre di Puglia

Taralli by Terre di Puglia are the perfect match for an aperitif. This typical Apulian product is created with 100% Italian ingredients: soft wheat flour, extra virgin olive oil and white wine. Tasting them is like tasting a piece of Puglia: its landscapes, its scents and its traditions.

Tranatt red wine by Cantina Urbana

Tranatt red wine by Cantina Urbana comes from the splendid balance achieved by a mix of northern and southern grapes. In particular, from the union of three varieties: syrah, barbera and teroldego. These three varieties are combined together to create an extremely pleasant wine with a ruby red colour. Tranatt" red wine recalls the scent of blueberries and blackberries with some notes of pepper and cloves and has a full-bodied persistent flavour. This wine is vinified in steel and then aged in a terracotta amphora for about 4 months.
