It is produced following the company recipe that has been handed down from generation to generation for over 70 years. The peculiarity of this salami lies precisely in the processing: the addition of Franciacorta D.O.C.G. wine to the mince and the balanced combination of the chosen cuts result in a one-of-a-kind product that will win you over from the first bite.
