PROCESSING
Mini PicNic Salamis are prepared employing artisanal processing techniques in full compliance with the company recipe. The difference between Mini PicNic Salamis and classic salami lies in their size, which is also the reason why they have such a unique flavour. In the beginning, the meat is selected and minced. Then, it is mixed with highly selected spices and refined aromas that give Mini PicNic Salami their characteristic flavour. Then it is stuffed into natural casings, which are expertly hand-tied, just link in the past. Finally, the salamis are dried and left to mature for about 10 days in order to make them soft to the touch and taste. The ideal product for the lovers of tasty snack that do not want to give up genuine food.
