Processing
Artisanal processing techniques are used for the preparation of Mini PicNic Salamis, in full compliance with the company recipe.
The difference between Mini PicNic Salamis and classic salami is their size, which is also the reason why they have such a unique flavour.
In the beginning, the meat is selected and minced. Then, it is mixed with highly selected spices and refined aromas that give Mini PicNic Salami their characteristic flavour.
Then it is stuffed into a natural casing, which is expertly hand-tied, just as it used to be.
Finally, the salamis are dried and left to mature for about 10 days in order to make them soft to the touch and taste.
