Produced from 100% Italian hazelnuts from the Irpine hills, the Hazelnut White Cream is a sweetly-flavoured spreadable cream much appreciated and sought-after by hazelnut lovers throughout Italy.

This artisanal product has a truly unique flavour given by 45% hazelnuts and other high-quality ingredients chosen to reach the optimal flavour.

It comes in a glass jar, sealed with an airtight lid and guarantee seal. Do not worry if you notice a layer of oil appearing on the surface: it is a sign of the high quality of the ingredients. Stirring is recommended before consumption.

THE PROCESSING

The best hazelnuts of the Irpine Hills are selected to prepare the Hazelnut White Cream. Once chosen, the hazelnuts are brought to the warehouse where they will undergo shelling and roasting. The latter is a very important phase of the whole production process because it enhances the flavour and aroma of the nuts if carried out correctly. Afterwards, the hazelnuts are ground until they reach an impalpable paste which is then processed with sugar, whole milk powder and 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil. This results in a sweet, creamy and smooth paste, ready for packaging. After the cream is put in hermetically sealed glass jars, it is finally ready to reach the houses of sweet dessert lovers and gluttons
