COTT COOKED HAM

This Cooked Ham is made from the best pork thighs, obtained from Italian pork meat only. It is characterised by a delicate and aromatic taste, with citrus notes. It is slowly steamed for several hours.

DRISS SALAMI

Driss is a matured salami made from a balanced mix of lean and fatty minced meat, to which selected spices - including black pepper - are added. Its name comes from the natural casing used to produce it, called “driss” (straight) in the Milanese dialect. 

GRASS LARD

It is made by processing the meat of heavy pigs. Lard comes from the fat layer of pork meat, which is then salted, flavoured, and matured. The spices used for this lard give it a truly unique and very aromatic taste.  The notes released by cinnamon and pepper - among the other spices included in the company's secret recipe - can be easily perceived.

SCHISC PORK BRESAOLA

This pork bresaola is obtained from the best 100% Italian pork loins. Its peculiarity depends on the handmade massaging process the meat undergoes, which is made with the Bonarda dell’Oltrepò Pavese DOC red Wine.  This procedure gives it a delicate flavour, balanced by the more aromatic notes.
