The package contains four different cured meats: Smoked Bacon, Battened Bacon, Picnic Mini Salami and Campagnolo Salami.

SMOKED BACON

Bacon is produced with 100% Italian meats and subjected to the traditional manufacturing process: the cuts are salted and, subsequently, sprinkled with a mix of spices and aromatic herbs. Afterwards, Bacon undergoes the massaging phase: it is in fact massaged by hand once a day for about ten days to ensure that the spices are absorbed evenly and that the meat softens. Then it is smoked so the meat can acquire its typical taste and aroma. For lovers of international tastes, we recommend enjoying Bacon with scrambled eggs as in the typical American breakfast!

CAMPAGNOLO SALAMI

Campagnolo Salami is a seasoned salami typical of Northern Italy, famous for its fragrant aroma obtained thanks both to the long curing period and the spicy notes that give it a sweet intensity.

BATTENED BACON

Battened Bacon is produced with selected pork meat and takes its name from the manufacturing process it undergoes. After being flavored with aromas and spices, it is massaged and finally folded in two between chestnut or birch wood sticks so that there are no air infiltrations that could interfere in the curing process and prevent it to proceed correctly. This process gives Battened Bacon an intense and persistent pepper aroma. It is perfect to eat with other cured meats and ripened cheese on a charcuteri board during an aperitif or to flavour meat or fish main courses. 

PICNIC MINI SALAMIS

Picnic Mini Salamis are a real explosion of taste! The balanced flavour given by the short seasoning and the use of black pepper during the manufacturing process meets perfectly with its delicate and slightly seasoned aroma. This mini salamis make this hamper the right choice to make if you are looking forward to preparing an aperitif or organising a picnic.
