THE PROCESSING
The best hazelnuts of the Irpine Hills are selected to prepare the Hazelnut White Cream. Once chosen, the hazelnuts are brought to the warehouse where they will undergo shelling and roasting. The latter is a very important phase of the whole production process because it enhances the flavour and aroma of the nuts if carried out correctly. Afterwards, the hazelnuts are ground until they reach an impalpable paste which is then processed with sugar, whole milk powder and 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil. This results in a sweet, creamy and smooth paste, ready for packaging. After the cream is put in hermetically sealed glass jars, it is finally ready to reach the houses of sweet dessert lovers and gluttons!
