TIPS TO FULLY TASTE IT

The hamper includes a selection of products perfect for different occasions: from a simple aperitif to a more sophisticated appetiser. For the latter, you can slice the Spicy Spianata and the Campagnolo Salami with a sharp knife, place them on a wooden cutting board and serve them with traditional Italian cheese such as a Pecorino cheese with pistachios, Gorgonzola DOP and chunks of sweet Provola cheese. The resulting charcuterie board is perfect to pair with a glass of Morellino di Scansano DOCG red wine. Otherwise, you can prepare small sandwiches. For example with Campagnolo Salami and Pecorino Toscano DOP and artichoke cream, or with spicy Spianatina, Sweet Provola cheese and Battuto alla Contadina vegetable spredable cream.

SPICY SPIANATA

It is a typical Calabrian cured meat made from skilfully selected pork meat, enriched with black pepper and spicy chilli pepper. It has a typical 'flattened' shape, it is mould-free and has a characteristic bright red colour. Spicy Spianatina is matured in ventilated rooms for a period of about four months. It has a very special and complex taste given by the combination of the spices selected, namely fennel, which is fresh and sweet, and chilli pepper which has an intense and enveloping flavour.

CAMPAGNOLO SALAMI

Campagnolo Salami is a traditional cured meat typical of northern Italy, obtained from the accurate combination of 100% Italian pork meat, salt, pepper and natural flavourings. Then, Campagnolo Salami is hand-tied in order to guarantee high quality and a compact and optimal meat consistency. The processing of this salami follows the traditional recipe of our company handed down from generation to generation. The spices chosen, give it a unique taste and a slightly spicy aroma. Its flavour and smell will bring back memories of traditional tastes and scents from childhood.

TRANATT RED WINE BY CANTINA URBANA

Tranatt red wine by Cantina Urbana comes from the superb balance achieved by a mix of northern and southern grapes. In particular, from the union of three varieties: syrah, barbera and teroldego. These three varieties combined together create an extremely pleasant, ruby-coloured red wine. The perfume of Tranatt red wine recalls the scent of blueberries and blackberries with some notes of pepper and cloves. As for the flavour, it is full-bodied and persistent. This wine is vinified in steel and then aged in terracotta amphoras for about 4 months.
