ROSSO DI MONTALCINO DOC RED WINE
The Rosso di Montalcino DOC wine from the San Polo winery has a brilliant ruby red colour. It is an organic wine with good structure, flavour, liveliness and freshness. This wine is vinified in concrete tanks and subsequently aged for about 12 months in French oak tonneaux.
GRASS LARD
Grass Lard is produced with 100% Italian pork meat. For its production, the fat from the pork belly is used, which is salted, flavoured and subsequently seasoned. It is a high-quality product, produced with selected raw materials only. Grass stands out for the quality of the meat but also for the spices that flavour it. Selecting the meat is the first step of the secret recipe that our company has been handed down for generations and which makes this product unique. Its scent is characterized by hints of cinnamon and pepper, its taste is sweet and balanced with a final note of citrus. Lard is a very versatile and appreciated product in its many forms, from snacks to more elaborate recipes.
