Smoked Low temperature precooked ribs are produced from a secret recipe of the SalumiPasini company, which is the result of researches for the perfect balance of flavours to create this delicate smoked flavour that will surprise you!
They are produced exclusively with 100% Italian pork meat from selected farms in Northern Italy. The meat is processed, the rib part is selected, trimmed and then flavoured with spices and herbs, left to rest overnight and then slowly cooked in steam ovens for over 16 hours.
Low-temperature precooked ribs are ready in just a few minutes in the oven, pan, grill and microwave.
They are perfect for a barbecue with friends but also for a quick and easy main course accompanied by seasonal vegetables or baked potatoes.
We suggest to serve them with wine, a still red wine such as a Valpolicella DOC superiore or a Chianti Colli Fiorentini DOCG.
How to cook them
How best cook these pre-cooked ribs? Here are some suggestions:
- ON THE GRILL: Remove the ribs from their packaging and place them on a preheated grill. Cook them until golden brown for a total of 8-10 minutes, turning them halfway through cooking.
- IN THE OVEN: Remove the ribs from their packaging and place them on a baking tray. Preheat the oven and in ventilated mode to 220°/240°. Once the temperature is reached, insert the ribs and cook them for 15/20 minutes, turning them halfway through cooking.
- IN THE PAN: Remove the ribs from their packaging and place them in a non-stick frying pan with a lid for 8/10 minutes, flipping them occasionally until they are golden brown.
- MICROWAVE: Remove the ribs from their packaging and place them in a recipient designed for the microwave. Cook them at 600 W with grill for 12 minutes, flipping them halfway through cooking.
