This Cotechino is produced in our company following the traditional recipe, guaranteeing quality and uniqueness in taste and consistency. The meat used for its production is 100% Italian and the spices are finely selected, giving rise to a tasty and savoury product with spicy and intense notes and highly digestible.
We recommend that you follow the cooking instructions on the box in order to guarantee an optimal final result in the preparation of fresh Cotechino to be cooked.
COLFIORITO LENTILS
Grown on the Colfiorito plateau, they are the legacy of a long agricultural tradition. Colfiorito lentils are distinguished by their colour, flavour and speed of cooking thanks to the optimal environmental and climatic conditions of the place where they are grown.
SPARKLING WINE PINOT NERO BRUT CHARMAT DOC “RISERVA DEGLI ISIMBARDI”
100% Pinot Noir sparkling wine, characterized by a straw yellow colour and softness on the palate. Fermented in steel tanks at a controlled temperature and aged for about six months in an autoclave on the lees.
