SLICED ROAST PORCHETTA WITH HERBS

Roast Porchetta with herbs is a typical dish of the central Italian culinary tradition. Produced with selected meats, it is characterised by a unique fragrance of spices and aromas, in particular pepper. The tenderness of the meat and the perfect balance between pork meat, pepper and selected spices used for the preparation will be immediately evident once tasted. The tray of Roast Porchetta is packaged so as to guarantee integrity and maximum freshness.

GRAN FILETTO SALAMI

Gran Filetto Salami is produced with 100% Italian pork meat. It is characterised by its typical shape and a very firm texture due to the manual tying process. For its production, pure Italian pork fillet and a mix of salt, pepper and herbs are perfectly combined together and then stuffed into a natural casing.

BATTUTO ALLA CONTADINA

Battuto Alla Contadina is a spreadable cream made from Apulian vegetables grown in the open field according to traditional Salento area processing methods. Once the vegetables have been hand-picked and selected, they are dried naturally in the sun and then seasoned with extra virgin olive oil and packaged in glass jars to preserve their flavour. Battuto Alla Contadina is a spreadable vegetable cream with a sweet and decisive taste balanced by the extra virgin olive oil and the aromatic herbs used for seasoning.

RED WINE OF MONTALCINO DOC SAN POLO

Red wine Montalcino DOC is one of the most popular Tuscan wines, in Italy and abroad. It has a bright, brilliant ruby-red colour. Its bouquet has spicy scents, with nuances of berries, flowers, field herbs and tobacco. In the mouth, it is nicely warm, round and soft. The tannins are very pleasant. We recommend serving it in large glasses at a temperature of 16/18°C.
