BELVEDERE RED WINE IGT MARZEMINO NERO BIO
Belvedere Red Wine Marzemino Nero Bio by Ca' Lustra winery is a lively red wine with purple hues. It is typical of the Veneto region where its vineyards grow in warm, shallow, limestone soil. This wine ages in tonneaux for 24 months following an initial vinification in steel. Dark fruit, blueberry, blackberry, prune and sour cherry can be perceived by smelling it. The sip is enveloping and savoury with tannins present but in perfect balance.
DRISS THE SALAMI
Driss the Salami is a salami made exclusively by Salumi Pasini. Its name comes from the Milanese dialect and it’s given by the so-called "straight" casing which the processed meat mixture is stuffed into. This salami is made with 100% Italian pork meat to which selected spices are added, giving it a unique taste. Prominent among them are notes of ground black pepper. It stands out for its spicy taste and fragrance typical of the ageing process of the past. We recommend tasting it by cutting it with a knife diagonally and making a slice the thickness of a peppercorn.
