  • Fresh Cotechino to cook: the real Italian essential for the holidays, perfect for dinner and for those who love Italian traditional flavours. For this fresh version, the product must be removed from its vacuum-packed bag, put in a pot filled with cold water and cooked on low heat for 2 hours once the water starts boiling. 
  • Gran Filetto Salami: this Salumi Pasini exclusive salami is produced with 100% Italian pork fillet and Italian meat, together with selected spices and aromas. A product with a delicate flavour that will delight you from the first bite!
