Bonarda dell’Oltrepò Pavese DOC Passo Gaio red wine has been produced by Cantine Cavallotti, in Cigognola, in the province of Pavia, since 1944. It is a lively wine with a brilliant and intense ruby red colour which shows subtle purple reflections when poured. It is obtained from a mix of Croatina grapes and rare grapes which are blended from the vineyard to obtain this fresh and fragrant wine resulting from the winemaking tradition of the Oltrepò Pavese.
