As far as cold cuts are concerned, the choice is very wide: from the classic Campagnolo Salami to traditional Cotechino - that must be served with a side of lentils, as tradition wants - without forgetting about Seasoned Guanciale, Pork Bresaola and Spicy Lard. 

The hamper includes a number of possible pairings, such as Celline Olives and Taralli with fennel seeds, Primo Sale cheese and a bottle of red wine. You will also find the ingredients to prepare the perfect tomato sauce pasta and everything you need to serve your products with elegance, such as the acacia chopping board.

FRESH COTECHINO

We recommend following the cooking instructions on the box in order to obtain an optimal cooking result. Cotechino is a typical product of Northern Italy, characterised by a slightly savoury and spicy flavour and an intense aroma. It is the main protagonist of winter dinners and festivities and is traditionally combined with lentils, which you can also find in this package.

CAMPAGNOLO SALAMI

Typical of Northern Italian gastronomic tradition, Campagnolo Salami is made of 100% Italian pork meat.   

SEASONED GUANCIALE

It is a typical product of the Italian gastronomic tradition and also the main protagonist of many Italian dishes. Guanciale is the cut obtained from the pork cheek, characterised by lean muscle veining and a valuable fat component.  

PORK BRESAOLA

It is a typical Italian cured meat obtained from one of the leanest cuts of pork meat: the loin. It is characterised by a spicy fragrance characterised by juniper and black pepper hints and a delicate, slightly spicy aroma. Plus, the moment of tasting will leave you amazed: the aroma of the red wine used during processing can be makes this product even more unforgettable.   

SPICY LARD

For Spicy Lard, selected cuts of 100% Italian pork meat are used. In particular, it is obtained from the back fat and then enriched with selected ingredients and spices. The taste is savoury and characteristic, and the spices used for manufacturing can be perceived on the nose.
