Campagnolo Salami is a cured salami made from 100% Italian pork meat. Specifically, it is produced with high-quality cuts of pork such as the shoulder - which constitutes the lean part - and the pancettone - from which the white fatty part is made. Campagnolo Salami is characterised by a typical cylindrical shape and a distinctive flavour with sweet and delicate notes. Cured Ham is produced from the thighs of the so-called "heavy" pigs, born and bred in Italy. The thighs are salted with a manual massage and left to rest so that the salt evenly penetrates the surface. Its processing gives softness to the meat and a characteristic, delicate and aromatic taste. Pork Bresaola has a unique and special taste because the meat used for its production is enriched with Bonarda dell'Oltrepò Pavese DOC red wine. The meat is massaged with wine and a mix of spices as required by the recipe that our company has been handing down for over 70 years.
CLASSIC TARALLI WITH EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
These Taralli are produced by Terre di Puglia and are manufactured according to tradition. Classic Taralli are produced by adding 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil from Puglia to the traditional dough. With their genuine and very tasty flavour given by the baking procedure and their handy coloured cardboard box, they will conquer you from the very first bite!
PINOT NERO BRUT OLTREPÒ PAVESE CHARMAT DOC SPARKLING WINE
Produced by the Isimbarda winery located in the hills of the Oltrepò Pavese, this wine comes from the company vineyards that extend for about 4 hectares in the towns of Santa Giuletta and Mornico Losana. The grapes used are 100% Pinot Noir and the production technique involves fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks. Afterwards, a second fermentation is carried out for ten days at 17°C followed by further refinement in an autoclave for about six months. This technique is called "long Charmat" and gives the wine softness and body.
