Method

For the polenta

Pour the polenta flour flush in salted hot water and cook following the times indicated in the package.

Once cooked, pour it into a 1 cm layer and cool in the fridge.

Once cold cut it into squares and fry it in a pan in a little oil until crispy.

For the salami

Peel the salami. Cut it into half-cm slices.

Heat a grill pan and grill the sausages half a minute on each side.
