Gratin avocado with grass lard and rosemary

Method

Cut the avocado in halves, and remove the pit, peel the skin, being careful not to cut through the avocado.

Cut each half in halves. Promptly brush each piece with lemon juice.

Place a sprig of rosemary on each slice of avocado, and wrap it all up with a slice of Grass lard.

  • 8 thin slices of Grass lard
  • 2 avocado not too ripe
  • Fresh rosemary
  • 1 spoon of breadcrumbs
  • Chestnut honey
  • Black Pepper
