Wash the broccoli and cut the tops.
Boil them in abundant salted water which will then be used to cook the pasta.
When the vegetables are almost cooked, crush a clove of garlic and put it in a pan with a little oil. After heating the oil, add the diced bacon and the pepper.
Add the boiled broccoli and a little cooking water until you get a creamy consistency by crushing the broccoli. Add a few tablespoons of pecorino cheese.
Cook the pasta in the broccoli cooking water and, after the time indicated on the package, sauté it in the pan with the previously prepared dressing.
Serve hot with a sprinkling of pecorino or grana to taste.
