Lay the bacon in a pan on medium heat.
Do not heat the pan prior to laying the bacon on it.
Turn it on the other side when it starts to curl up, and pay attention not to let it cook too much and become dark.
Once ready, lay it on a paper towel to absorb the excessive fat.
Cut the bagel in half.
Spread cream cheese on both halves, add some lettuce leaves, 3 or 4 slices of apple, and your crispy bacon.
