Place the slices of Schisc – Bresaola one next to the other, and the wrap them up into the shape of a rose.

In a casserole, bring milk to a boiling, add corn flour and salt; remove from heat and add Grana, blend and filter.
To finish
Place the sauce in the center of the plates, then Schisc – Bresaola, then the herbs pesto, and finally a lemon and ground pepper.
