Method

Finely chop an onion.

In a pan, add 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, the chopped onion and fry over low heat.

Add the tomato sauce and 1 teaspoon of ‘nduja.

Cook for 8-10 minutes and add some pieces of stale bread.

Mix well until you obtain a creamy consistency and finally add a few basil leaves.
