Culatello ham, vegetables and breadsticks

For sweet and sour vegetables

Wash, clean the vegetables and cut them into medium pieces. In a saucepan add 500ml of water, 200ml of vinegar, salt, 2 tablespoons of sugar and let it boil.

Pour the vegetables into the pan and cook them for 1 minute.

Afterwards, drain, leave to cool and dress with extra virgin olive oil.

For the finish

Place the culatello and the breadsticks on a cutting board.

Arrange the marinated vegetables in a small bowl and present with the culatello.

  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • White wine vinegar
  • Sugar
  • Salt
