Method

Prepare the herbs filling a pan with salted water and boil.

In the meantime clean the herbs removing the base and clean with water.

When the water will boil take them out.

In a pan put a bit of oil, a clove of garlic and chilli.

Brown the herbs until they get smooth and put salt.

Brown the bread in a pan with a bit of oil, add the herbs and some rolled bacon slices.
