For the Gnocchi
Blend all the ingredients together, season with salt.
Cook the gnocchi in boiling salted water, drain and keep warm.
For the broth
Bring water with anise to a boil.
Remove from heat and add potato peel. Allow to infuse for 1 hour. Filter and add salt to taste.
To finish
Arrange the gnocchi at the center of the plate, then pour the hot broth and place the potatoes on the side of the plate.
