Clean the artichokes well and empty them in the center to better accommodate the filling.
Prepare the filling by placing the ground sausage, egg and grated cheese in a bowl.
Mix all ingredients together and stuff each artichoke with the mixture.
Place the artichokes with the filling facing up in a baking tray.
Add to the baking tray the tomatoes cut in half with a dash of oil, salt, mint and a clove of poached garlic.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
Serve the artichokes hot and ready to eat.
