Cut the cabbage thinly and, in a bowl, season it with mayonnaise. Set aside.
Cut the tomatoes in half and put them in a baking tray with baking paper, add oil and salt.
Cook them for 7/8 minutes in a ventilated oven at 250 degrees.
Take them out of the oven to handle the wurstels.
Cut the wurstels in half, insert them into a stick and place them in the oven directly on the grill for 7/8 minutes.
Compose the plate with the wurstels skewers accompanied by the cabbage in mayonnaise sauce.
