Method

In a pan add 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, a teaspoon of n’duja, chopped garlic and a tablespoon of water.

Heat and mix well.

Cook the spaghetti separately in boiling salted water.

Once cooked, drain and pour into the pan. Mix well, serve, and stir with a few mint leaves.

  • 1 bunch of mint
