Cut the bacon into strips and brown it in a pan for a few minutes.
Break the eggs into a bowl, add the pecorino cheese and pepper and mix well until a cream is obtained.
When the mixture is ready add the bacon.
Put a pot with plenty of water on the heat, bring to boil and season with salt.
When the water boils, throw the pasta and cook it (to do this, drain the pasta a couple of minutes earlier than indicated on the box).
Drain the pasta and add the cream of eggs and bacon. Serve the dish hot with the addition of grated pecorino cheese to taste.
