Method

In a bowl put the minced oven cooked coppa and add ricotta cheese and parmesan.

Mix and fill the cannelloni.

Spread the cannelloni in the oven and cover with bechamel.

Finish with plenty of parmesan and cook at 160 degrees for 40 minutes.

  • 250g cow's milk ricotta
  • 400g dry pasta for cannelloni
  • Marjoram: q.s.
  • Parmesan cheese: q.s.
