For the bites

Choose the biggest and most crunchy grapes.

Place them in a colander, wash them and let them dry on a clean towel on a tray.

Cut each grape in halves.

Spread the Robiola on the grapes: cover the entire diameter of each grape with Robiola. Wrap each grape with a slice of Pancetta Steccata .

Place a little thyme of each wrap, and put them on a serving plate.

To decorate

Place a bunch of grapes on the side of the plate, and a thyme branch.

  • 140 g pink grapes
  • 80 g robiola cheese

  • 50 g pink grapes
  • 3 sprigs of thyme
  • 10 g poppy seeds
