Wash, clean the vegetables and cut them into sticks.
Prepare the dressing by adding to the yogurt, 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, chopped chives, a few leaves of chopped mint, salt, pepper, 1 tablespoon of honey.
Mix well until a homogeneous dressing is obtained.
Roll a couple of slices of bacon on the tip of the breadsticks.
Place the breadsticks in a cutting board, the vegetables and the dressing in a small bowl.
