1) Pour all ingredients into the planetaria for about 5 minutes. The dough must be smooth and homogeneous.
2) Form a ball, wrap it in plastic foil and let it stand for about an hour at 4°C.
3) After the rest time, place the dough in a baking tray lined with oven paper, cover and let it stand for at least 12 hours.
4) Once ready put the tomato paste and put in the oven at 250° for about 15 minutes before adding the mozzarella cut into cubes and the Cooked Ham slices.
5) Bake again until ready.
