Method

For the vegetables

In a pot, bring to a boil water with sugar, salt and vinegar.

Cook all the vegetables separately. Set aside.

To finish

Arrange the slices of  Schisc pork bresaola on the plates with the vegetables.

  • 40 g rhubarb
  • 20 g baby carrots
  • 40 g pleurotus mushrooms
  • 40 g romanesco broccoli
  • 2 l water
  • 400 g sugar
  • 40 g salt
  • 40 g white wine vinegar
To finish
  • 150 g Schisc bresaola slices
