It is unusual (Insolito in italian) and you can feel it at the first bite! From the collaboration between Salumi Pasini and Mychef comes the “Insolito”, a sandwich that is not like the others.
Salumi Pasini renews its collaboration with the Areas Italia – MyChef chain by creating the “Insolito”, a sandwich with a combination of unexpected flavors and a new and unusual taste.
The ingredients? Big crunchy bread, mustard and honey sauce, iceberg salad and Salumi Pasini Oven Cooked Coppa.
The idea behind this new project is to enhance the Oven Cooked Coppa, a not well known cold cut, produced from the same anatomical part that is used to product the best-known Seasoned Coppa is obtained. The combination with a crunchy bread, salad and a sauce with a rich and soft taste, enhances the Oven Cooked Coppa in a combination of extraordinary taste, in which the savory and sweet are perfectly balanced, giving life to a decidedly special bite.
A “fast” sandwich but that does not forget the praise of slowness: in the world of fast food, it is in fact decidedly slow: the Coppa is slowly massaged for over 72 hours and cooked in steam ovens for over 20 hours, so to make the meat of a unique softness, for a result with a delicate and balanced flavor.
The “Insolito” renews the solid and long-standing link between the restaurant chain and the historic company from Trezzano Sul Naviglio, which confirms itself as an excellent partner in fast food, with this sixth recipe created in synergy with Mychef professionals.
The sandwich will be available in the airports of Milano Malpensa, Milano Linate, Bergamo Orio al Serio, Rome Fiumicino in the Briciole bars. To accompany your travels with an unusual and unforgettable flavor!
