Method

For the Mortadella

Dice the mortadella into 1 cm cubes and roast them in a pan.

For the carrots

Add to boiling water: sugar, salt and vinegar; then, cook the carrots for 5 minutes.

Drain and keep aside.

To finish

Arrange the carrots with Mortadella, bread sauce and sprouts.

For the carrots
  • 100 g carrots
  • 100 g yellow carrots
  • 500 ml water
  • 50 g sugar
  • 10 g salt
  • 20 g white wine vinegar
To finish
  • 12 cubes of cooked and roasted liver mortadella
  • 100 g bread sauce
  • 50 g beetroot sprouts

X
