A classic cured salami with a coarse-grained mixture. This salami is characterised by a distinctive flavour with hints of black pepper and a maturation period of around 30/35 days for the smaller salamis.

SALAMI WITH SPARKLING WINE FROM LOMBARDY

A salami with a unique twist of taste thanks to the addition of Franciacorta Brut DOCG sparkling wine.

The mixture is massaged together with this wine to give it its extraordinary flavour. In the 170g size, it matures for about 30 days.

GRAN FILETTO SALAMI

The Gran Filetto Salami is an exclusive Salumi Pasini, a unique salami produced with pure 100% Italian pork fillet and Italian pork meat together with spices and natural flavourings. This type of salami ages between 30 and 45 days for the smaller salamis.
