GRAN FILETTO SALAMI

Gran Filetto Salami is an exclusive Salumi Pasini product. It is the result of research and studies to obtain the perfect taste. This richly flavoured salami is produced by combining pure pork tenderloin - the finest pork cut - together with 100% Italian pork meat, salt, pepper and different types of seasoning in a balanced way. Gran Filetto Salami is hand-tied, a fundamental process for the perfect outcome of this sausage. It is an authentic art that guarantees proper firmness for the curing phase and the traditional appearance that will take you back in time from the very first bite.  

SPICY SPIANATA

Spicy Spianata is a traditional cured meat typical of Calabria, Southern Italy. It is made with selected pork meat and enriched with ground black pepper and hot chilli pepper.

Spicy Spianata is easily recognisable because of its typical flat shape due to the particularly hot and dry climate of Calabria, which would not allow it to reach an adequate level of curing if this sausage had the cylindrical and elongated shape of traditional cured meats. Among its special features, there is its bright red colour, given by the Calabrian hot chilli pepper, and the presence of cubes of lard in the mixture that are interspersed with minced meat in the mixture.  

TRANATT RED WINE - CANTINA URBANA

Tranatt red wine by Cantina Urbana comes from the superb balance achieved by a mix of northern and southern grapes. In particular, from the union of three varieties: syrah, barbera and teroldego. These three varieties combined together create an extremely pleasant, ruby-coloured red wine. The perfume of “Tranatt” red wine recalls the scent of blueberries and blackberries with some notes of pepper and cloves. To the taste, it is full-bodied and with a persistent flavour. This wine is vinified in steel and then aged in a terracotta amphora for about 4 months.
