SCHISC BRESAOLA

Schisc Bresaola is a reinterpretation of the traditional and ancient Lombardy recipe for pork bresaola, also known as Lonzino. It is produced with the best 100% Italian pork loin. The meat is massaged by hand with red wine Bonarda dell’Oltrepò Pavese DOC and then follows the process defined by the secret recipe that has been handed down in our company for three generations. Schisc Bresaola is characterised by its bright red colour, slightly lighter than traditional beef bresaola. During the tasting, you can perceive the notes given by the red wine used in the preparation followed by the secret spices and herbs used to flavour the meat.

EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL MEDIUM FRUITY

The perfect oil to dress delicately flavoured dishes. It is produced through the cold pressing method of the prized Peranzana olive variety, grown in Puglia. This process produces an oil with very low acidity and a perfectly balanced flavour.

RIBOLLA GIALLA ZUC DI VOLPE DOC WINE

Ribolla Gialla is the typical vine variety of the Colli Orientali del Friuli and Slovenia that gives fine and elegant, intense and expressive wines. This wine is characterised by a straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections. Its perfume will let you clearly recognise the scents of acacia, apple, pear, lemon and almonds. Its flavour appears very fresh, a quality given by a pleasant acidity, and slightly salty. It is an excellent aperitif wine. The “Zuc di Volpe” is the top product line of the Volpe Pasini company. It comes from the selection of the richest grapes of the best vintages, separately vinified in order to reach the maximum typicality and elegance.
