COTECHINO AND LENTILS

The essentials for an original Italian holiday dinner. Italians won't start the new year without enjoying some slices of Cotechino with a side of lentils first. In fact, tradition wants this legume to symbolise money and good luck in the new year! For this package, we chose Cotechino in the fresh version to cook, produced with 100% Italian fresh meat. To cook this Cotechino, we recommend removing it from the vacuum-packed bag, piercing the casing with a toothpick so that excess fat escapes without breaking it, placing it in cold water and, once the water starts to boil, cooking it for 2 hours before serving it hot.

COLD CUTS AND CHEESE

The cured meats and cheese selected for this gift box include:

  • Campagnolo Salami, an essential among all Italian cured meats, accompanied by a branded cutting board for a ready-to-use prodcut;
  • Spicy Lard, massaged by hand just like in the past and manufactured with six different types of spice. Once you've tasted it, you won't be able to choose a different one!
  • Half Caciocavallo, one of the most typical types of cheese of southern Italy.

ARTISANAL PANETTONE

A unique Panettone with a dough made from sourdough, fresh whole milk, fresh egg yolks from free-range hens and over 45 hours of leavening.
