Low-temperature pre-cooked smoked ribs are produced following the company’s secret recipe, created after many studies to achieve the perfect balance of flavours and create this delicate smoked flavour that will leave you amazed!

They are exclusively made with 100% Italian pork meat coming from selected farms in Northern Italy. The meat is processed by picking the rib part, trimming and seasoning it with spices and herbs and leaving it to marinate overnight. Then it is slowly cooked in steam ovens for more than 16 hours.

Low-temperature pre-cooked ribs are ready in just a few minutes, just choose your favourite way to cook them: oven, pan, barbecue or microwave. Click on ‘Learn more’ for all the cooking details!

COOKING METHODS

The best way to cook low-temperature pre-cooked ribs? Here are all our tips:

  1. GRILLED: Remove the ribs from the package and place them on the preheated grill. Cook them until golden brown for 8 to 10 minutes, turning them halfway through cooking.
  2. BAKED: Remove the ribs from the package and place them on a baking tray. Preheat the oven to 220°/240°C in fan mode. Once the temperature is reached, place the ribs in the oven and bake them until brown for 15/20 minutes, turning them halfway through cooking.
  3. PAN SEARED: Remove the ribs from the package and place them in a non-stick pan and cook with a lid for 8/10 min, turning occasionally until completely browned.
  4. MICROWAVED: Remove the ribs from the package and place them in a container suitable for microwaving. Cook them at 600W grill for 12 minutes, turning them halfway through cooking.

HOW TO ENJOY THEM BEST

They are perfect for making a great impression at a barbecue with friends, but also as a quick and easy-to-prepare second course served with seasonal vegetables or baked potatoes.
As for the wine pairing, we recommend enjoying them with still red wine such as a Valpolicella DOC superiore or a Chianti Colli Fiorentini DOCG.
