Pork Ribs are a cut of 100% Italian fresh pork meat obtained from the pork rib in the final part. It is a so-called “poor” cut but very tasty, which has little meat and connective tissue, the part that helps to make it a succulent cut.

They are vacuum-packed to best preserve their freshness and fragrance.

They are perfect cooked on the grill for an Italian barbecue or cooked with a dome barbecue that helps to have softer meats with a delicate taste.

Having little meat attached to the bone, care must be taken not to overcook them because they will become dry and hard. We recommend always removing the pleura, the membrane present on the rest of the rib, because it can be annoying to the bite.

In Italy we usually sell pork ribs all attached while in America you get two different cuts of ribs: the Baby Back, the part of the rib attached to the spine with more meat attached, and the Spare Ribs, the part below attached to the sternum. with less meat. We recommend marinating the pork ribs and leaving them in the refrigerator for several hours with the spices and flavorings of your choice. Important details to keep in mind for a perfect cooking of the ribs are the temperature of the grill and the seasonings that are used, cooking them in every part, not leaving them to the blood. They are also excellent cooked stewed or baked.
