A classic wine of our tradition, with an intense ruby red colour, fruity and fragrant aromas reminiscent of wild berries and a balanced persistent taste.

Produced from croatina and rare grapes, Bonarda dell’Oltrepò Pavese wine is the perfect wine to accompany traditional food of Northern Italy, and is perfect served chilled.

The selection of cured meats

The selection of cured meats for this pack was designed to meet the appetites of true lovers of Italian cold cuts. Starting from the cured Coppa, a classic Emilian product perfect for any aperitif, passing through the Salami Campagnolo, one of the oldest recipes of the company handed down from three generations, arriving at the cured Guanciale and the spicy Lard, perfect both for aperitifs and for tasty recipes.

The cheese selection

For this gift box, we wanted to choose four different cheeses that could reflect flavours and traditions from all over Italy. From the Pastorino Sardo, a cheese made from cured sheep’s milk, to the Sweet Caciocavallo, a classic cured cheese with a delicate and moderately savoury taste, and the Smoked Provola, traditional from Southern Italy, to one of the most classic Italian cheeses of the North: Parmigiano Reggiano.
