For the rice
Blend the rice, spread it on a baking sheet and let it dry out.
Fry in seed oil at 170°c. Drain and allow to dry.
Add salt to taste.
For the beans
Blend the beans with water, add salt to taste.
For the red wine
Bring to a boil the red wine, add corn flour.
Add salt and sugar to taste.
Place the rice in the middle of the plate with salt, dried chickpeas and slices of Driss Salami.
