Method

Clean and remove the turnip greens.

In a saucepan bring the water to a boil, add salt, rapa tops and the orecchiette at the same time.

Cook for the indicated time for the pasta and drain.

In a pan add a little olive oil, the coarserly sliced and coarsely rolled bacon and the fresh chilli pepper. Brown.

Add the orecchiette with turnip tops and serve.
