Method

For the broccoli

Clean and peel the broccoli to obtain florets.

Cook the florets a few minutes in salted boiling water. Drain.

Saute the broccoli in a pan with oil and a little chilli pepper. Leave to cool.

For the tartar sauce

Blend the mayonnaise with the gherkins.

  • 20g gherkins
  • 120g green broccoli
  • Oil
  • Salt
